As bad as the Browns are, could teams from the UFL defeat them?

I go to asking myself this question because of how bad the Browns are. They have no talent and for that matter, a team that could care less. With a lack of respect between the players and the coach, it really shows that it is not there and that is unacceptable. They don't seem to score very well aside from maybe two games the entire season. The defense is on the field too long and yet it's like "well, we're going to collect paychecks and not care about how we perform for the fans."
The UFL is a new football league that is a professional league that just got started. Granted, they have four teams and the schedule is a lot smaller but maybe this is what the Browns need to do, see if there is a way to move them over to that league. As long as they stay in the NFL, they will be the resident punching bags. They look like garbage, they play like garbage, they probably smell like it too. This isn't to make the UFL look bad, but just more of a case of the Browns being pathetic.
I do not believe they will win another game the rest of the way. Mangini I don't think should be there if they go 1-15, which is very likely. The players don't care and Mangini just can't get through to them. They don't respect him anymore than they did Romeo Crennel. It's sad to say it but who knows for sure. This team doesn't care. Just because they could get the #1 pick doesn't mean they'll get it right, I would almost wager to say they will find a way to screw it up because they always do.
Going back to the UFL question, I have my doubts the Browns could even compete with them. There are going to be a couple more teams but it is something that would be interesting. Maybe while they are at it, they could stay there and maybe another team could go and that can be one for debate on who would belong there as well.
Browns are bad, but that is just a thought and nothing more.
