Bill Polian fired in Indianapolis

January 2nd 2012 22:36
Bill Pollian has been fired as the vice chairman of the Colts and his son Chris Polian has been fired as the general manager. I know heads would roll with the disaster of a season the Colts have had. Bill Polian long considered a genius is the first to pay the price for Peyton Manning’s injury.

The firing of the Polian’s may even mean that the Colts are not going to draft Andrew Luck. Peyton Manning has been quietly lobbying against them taking a quarterback as he plans to return in 2012. Manning’s ego should be shown the door and if the Colts don’t take Luck or Griffen then they are fools. I have the Colts taking Luck in my 2012 Mock Draft.

I think the Colts firing the Polian’s was a right decision by the Indianapolis Colts. The team should have been better prepared and knew Manning was injured and could have had a capable backup in place.
