Robin PottratzCam Newton quiets some rednecks

Cam Newton opened some eyes yesterday in his rookie record setting performance against the Arizona Cardinals. Granted they did lose the game and to a bad Arizona Cardinals team but playing well is playing well in the NFL.
The rednecks in Carolina who hate Cam Newton for being an African American quarterback will be quiet on the WFNZ airwaves this week. And yes there are plenty who hope Cam Newton fails due to race.
A few rednecks call the radio station then several African Americans will call and blast Andrew Luck who was seen as the Panthers savior until he elected to stay at Stanford for at least another year.
It’s kind of sad that all these Panthers fans should be bickering when they could be reading about Cam’s record setting debut here at my blog.
