Chris Johnson is close to a new deal with the Tennessee Titans according to Profootballtalk.com. If that is the case and Johnson is happy with the contract that sets the stage for some powerful mojo by Chris Johnson. Chris Johnson has the potential to be the first back to back 2,000 yard rusher in NFL history.
As you can see here I think Chris Johnson is already better than Adrian Peterson. If Vince Young can continue his improvement then Johnson has a real shot at being a back to back 2,000 yard rusher.
The Tennessee Titans are a better than average team and if they can keep Chris Johnson happy then they are a threat to beat any team. Johnson is fast and he seldom fumbles the ball making him an ideal big play threat in the NFL.
