The Tennessee Titans did resign quarterback Kerry Collins to a huge $15million, 2 year contract according to profootballtalk.com. They also state that $8.5 million is guaranteed to the old man playing qb for the Titans.
The Denver Broncos have been busy beavers in the 2009 NFL free agent market. Running backs J.J. Arrington a former Cardinal and Correll Buckhalter of the Eagles have signed with Denver. New England Patriot wide receiver Jabar Gaffney has joined the Broncos as has former Dolphin safety Renaldo Hill.
The New England Patriots signed former Jacksonville Jaguar running back Fred Taylor. There are also rumors, mostly on profootballtalk.com (when it is actually running) that the Chiefs are trading their 3rd pick in the 2009 NFL draft for Matt Cassel. Linebacker Mike Vrabel has already been traded to the Chiefs by the Patriots.
