Time for Jake to go Homme

Jake Delhomme is having one of the worst meltdowns in NFL Playoff History. 3 stupid turnovers have led to the monumental ass whipping the Cardinals are laying on Carolina. Just like after the regular season bye, the Panthers are flat as an IHOP special.

Jake Delhomme had a decent season and I commend him on coming back from Tommy John Surgery. But the Carolina Panthers need to bench his ass in this playoff game and find a new quarterback for next season.

I have defended Jake Delhomme in the past but there is no excuse for his play tonight. I am also not sure why Carolina abandoned the run against the Arizona Cardinals early in the game.


Jake Delhomme turned 34 today, he won't get any better and his dumb ass just helped cost the Panthers a shot at the Super Bowl. Now with any luck the Panthers will come back and Jake will throw 4 tds in the 2nd half, but I don't see it happening.

I am a rare fan in that I pull for 3 teams in this order, Chiefs, Cowboys, Panthers. I am very ticked off at the Panthers performance to this point in the game.
