Week 11 Fantasy Football Advice
November 10th 2008 14:17
Ok guys I am in 3 Fantasy Football Leagues in the 2008 NFL season. I pretty much have all angles covered. 1st place in one, middle of the pack in one and last place in one. I also run a football website and have been playing Fantasy Football for years. So I decided to give some advice for week 11 of the 2008 season. Remember to set your Fantasy Football lineups early in week 11, there is a Thursday game. And no byes! So you will have full access to your roster.
Go with any Eagles you may have. Westbrook, McNabb and Jackson are sure bets as the Eagles are playing the hapless Bengals.
I would go with Randy Moss against the Jets, maybe you play him every week anyway. But I have a feeling Matt Cassel will have a good game and Moss will light them up. On the Jets side I would go with Jones at RB if I had him for sure.
I would go with Jay Cutler and any Bronco Receiver you have, they are going to pass a lot against Atlanta. And I would take any starting Falcon in this game (unless you have a better Fantasy Quarterback than Ryan) because Denver’s defense sucks.
Steve Smith is a must vs the Lions and I would go with Williams at RB ( and will) for the Panthers. They played flat against the Raiders and the Panthers have not had two flat games in a row in 2008.
I am not sure I would play anybody in the Giants-Ravens game. This will be a defensive game from start to finish. Maybe Brandon Jacobs for the Giants but that would be about it for me.
I would be slobbering at the mouth if I had the Cardinals receivers in this game with Seattle. I would consider Jones at RB for the Seahawks but that is about it.
I would use either of the Titans two running backs ( I have White in 2 leagues) against Jacksonville. Jones-Drew is the only Jaguar I would consider and would hesitate with the Titans great defense against him.
Use any Redskins players you may have. They are going to light up the Cowboys sucky defense. I would also use Owens and Barber but would stay away from Romo if he returns. Romo will be rusty and their offensive line is still terrible at pass protection.
