With the recent actiivities of pro football players and bars and the trouble the mixing of the two cause, it makes me wonder. Why in the hell would you risk your career and your life by hanging out in night clubs? Javon Walker beat down after leaving a bar, and robbed. Only last year he held a teammate as he died after being shot after a bar dispute.
Pacman Jones and all his troubles from strip club incidents. Benson formerly of the Bears now possibly out of the NFL after repeated drunken incidents. I am just a dumb poor writer and FedEx driver. I don't drink anymore but if I did I would do it at home. Why can't pro athletes figure that out. Stay at home with friends and don't go out among thugs wanting to make a name for themselves by taking out an NFL player. Plus you won't have to worry about killing somebody by drinking and driving or getting into trouble after being arrested for it.
If i was a NFL player who HAD to go to bars, I would hire real security, not my homies. Get a couple of martial artist bodyguards and one to pack a gun if needed. Your posse probably would start more fights, than get you out of them.
