Kansas City Chiefs upset the Green Bay Packers

December 18th 2011 21:08
The Kansas City Chiefs have upset the Green Bay Packers thus ending their dream of an undefeated season. Much had been made of possibly benching Rodgers to keep him healthy for the playoffs. Green Bay didn’t bench him but came out flat against a bad Chiefs team.

The Chiefs were able to take advantage of a bad Green Bay Packers defense and ran the ball down their throats. In Kyle Orton’s first game as the starting Chiefs quarterback, the Chiefs upset the Packers. New coach Romeo Crenel was the defensive coordinator of the Patriots team that went undefeated until the Super Bowl loss to the Giants.

The Green Bay Packers offense was not able to overcome their bad defense this week as they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. Green Bay also has not secured the home field advantage in the NFC playoffs yet.
