Marc (with a C) James and Taylor Zarzour showed a good deal of class earlier today. I asked Marc to let the listeners of their syndicated evening sports radio show on WFNZ, know about a young man needing thoughts and prayers.
Marc James who sometimes comes across as a little brash on air is one of the nicer people I have ever dealt with via emails and Twitter. He and Taylor mentioned the young man several times on air and gave out the address of his Caringbridge.com page.
Marc James and Taylor Zarzour host “The Drive” on WFNZ from 3 until 7 every weekday and are based out of Charlotte North Carolina. Until now I listened to them because it’s a good show with the best guests you could ask for. From now on I will also listen because I know Marc James and Taylor Zarzour are not just a couple of on air personalities. They are nice guys and know how to show some class and compassion.
The young man they were telling about is 14 year old Brandon Jolly who is due for a six hour spinal surgery tomorrow at Vanderbilt’s Children’s hospital. To check out Brandon’s page and leave him a note click this link.
