Breaking down the AFC North
August 24th 2008 01:11
Footballdogz.com head writer Randy Inman (hey that’s me) will now review the AFC North Division. The teams in this group are the Steelers, Bengals, Browns and Ravens. Hard nose running and defensive football are the norm everywhere but Cincinnati, in the AFC North.
Pittsburg just has too much on both sides of the ball for anyone to catch them in the division. Look for the Steelers to be even better on offense and maintain their usual defensive prowess.
Cleveland is a team probably on the rise and I think they will take second place in the AFC North. They are solid on both sides of the ball and seem to have a good coaching staff.
Baltimore a new coach John Harbaugh will probably bring the Ravens back to respectability but not this season. New offensive coordinator Cam Cameron will try to build a solid ball control offense to compliment their still good defense.
Cincinnati still can score with anyone but can’t stop the Little Sisters of the Poor from scoring on them. This team is still playing “Who gets arrested next” and will implode once more. A new coaching staff, will be brought in as even the Bengals owners get tired of losing, and will want to change that at least a little.
