Orlando Pace a possible Hall of Fame left tackle has been released by the Saint Louis Rams, the only team he has played for. Pace is one of the best offensive tackles I have seen play in my lifetime.
As with many aging NFL players Pace became a salary cap victim, and if he wants to play again it will be for a new team and less money. Orlando Pace could still play if that is his desire, and since he hasn’t retired I think he wants to. Look for him to end up with the Eagles, possibly who need linemen badly. Orlando Pace was released by the Rams but he could be a good mentor for some young linemen on another team.
