Are the Patriots poised to make another Super Bowl run? It’s been a while and Belichick needs another ring to keep his “Genius’ reputation. Clearly the Patriots think they are ready for a run or they wouldn’t have added Chad Johnson aka Ochocinco and Albert Haynesworth via trades.
New England looks good in the preseason and if any team found away around the no communicating with the coaches in the lockout rule, it would be the Patriots. This is a veteran team with a nice mix of young players, making the Patriots a Super Bowl contender.
With the Steelers having their annual offensive line issues and the Colts headed down hill fast, only the Texans and Jets look to be improved much in the AFC. So while the Steelers will be in the mix it looks like it will between the Jets and Patriots to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl.
Of course this is just preseason and lots can happen but I think the Patriots are making a Super Bowl run. Only time will tell but Brady has to be hungry to get another win, almost as much as Belichick.
