Reflections of week 3 of the 2009 NFL season

My reflections on week 3 of the 2009 NFL season.
I am not a Brett Favre fan but got to admit it was cool seeing him win his first home game with a last second touchdown pass. I am looking forward to seeing the Vikings and Packers go at it next week. Brett Favre against the Packers should be interesting to say the least.
I was glad to see the Lions get a win over the Redskins, and I even predicted that upset in my week 3 game picks you can see on this site. I do think they have a long way to go but seem to be improving.
The Jets are looking more and more like they are for real. Former Jet coach Eric Mangini should be fired soon, he has lost the team.
Cedric Benson is quietly having a good season and is currently in 3rd place in rushing after week 3 of the 2009 NFL season.
DeSean Jackson is a damn man that is what he is. Big plays abound with the 2nd year wide receiver in Philly. He is going to knock himself out in a touchdown celebration though.
Phillip Rivers has found a friend in Vincent Jackson and they are lighting teams up. Ladainian Tomlinson despite all his talk about being the best running back in the NFL, can’t stay healthy.
