Spurrier a jerk!

If there was ever any doubt that Steve Spurrier is a scumbag then read this Fanhouse.com
article. Apparently he is trying to run off senior players to make room for new recruits and even withdrawing scholarship offers to High School Seniors he had commit to the University of South Carolina

The game hasn’t so much passed him by as he has lost interest in football. Now after getting his ass embarrassed he is overhauling the team but at what cost? The University of South Carolina should fire him and be done with it.

Spurrier pulled an offer from an Atlanta-area recruit. It's one thing to pull an offer, but AFTER the kid has verbally committed? That's just low-class.

I despised Spurrier as a Gator and he's just as low-rent now as he was back then.

No and the fans will run him out on a rail if he keeps losing games next season. I live in North Carolina and am hooked on sports radio. They have him more rope than any coach in the Carolina's before calling for his head.
