Jackson throws 4 tds for the Vikes

Some Quarterbacks come back from being benched and play the game of their lives. Minnesota’s Tarvaris Jackson did just that today when the Vikings put a stomping on the Arizona Cardinals.
Benched earlier this season for ineffective play Jackson probably wondered if he would ever get a chance to play in the NFL again. Getting the opportunity due to an injury to Gus Ferotte, Jackson made the best of it.
Tarvaris Jackson only attempted 17 passes as he watched Adrian Peterson run for 165 yards on 28 attempts. But Jackson completed 11 of those passes for a very modest 163 yards. But he threw 4 touchdown passes yes four in the 35 to 14 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
I would assume that Jackson will get his starting job back full time and if he can keep his level of play this high, watch out. The Vikings running game can be devastating and their defense is good enough to get them far into the playoffs.
