It is fair to say that the Browns are not going to be expected to win the division or really be a major threat. There is maybe one expectation and that includes improvement in terms of record and maybe by then knowing who is the Quarterback for the team that will lead them to the top of the mountain eventually. Perhaps it would be better if just switched divisions going to the NFC North in exchange for the Green Bay Packers. It wouldn't guarantee it to be an easy division for Cleveland but it's just a random thought.
As long as the Steelers are in that division, they will be the favorite just about every year to win it. The only other one would be The Ravens potentially but only time will tell.
Brady Quinn probably will be the starter unless he really performs poorly and Mangini does not believe that he will give them the best chance of winning. At this point, they need to find out as stated all ready who is the guy to lead this team.
That isn't to say that they cannot have a decent year but they're not going anywhere this upcoming season. It would be foolish to think that this team can go to the Super Bowl. Sure, it is possible but not realistic. For Browns fan, do not expect too much. This season just hope they actually do better than last year and not themselves look really bad.
