Week 13 NFL Game Predictions

November 26th 2008 01:15
Paul Brown Stadium
The Bengals are my upset pick of the week
Welcome to the worst NFL Game Predictions for week 13 of the 2008 NFL season. Though I did get a message thanking me for my week 12 game picks, apparently somebody actually used them in betting ( a sucker born everyday lol). Don’t forget week 13 brings you two Thanksgiving Pro Football Games. I just do straight NFL game predictions with no point spread involved. Also I will be offering a Week 13 NFL game upset of the week prediction. Thanks in advance for reading my 2008 Week 13 NFL game predictions.

Tennessee at Detroit on Thanksgiving Day

It was almost undefeated against winless until Tennessee got their booty’s kicked by the Jets last week. Look for the Titans to bring some nasty to Motor City and defeat the Lions 34 to 13.

Seattle at Dallas in the Last Thanksgiving Day Game ever in Texas Stadium

Dallas is playing much better on offense but their defense still sucks. Seattle is starting Julius Jones (former Cowboy) who they had benched, hoping he will bring it against his old teammates. I think Seattle will make it close but Dallas will win 31 to 27.

Arizona at Philadelphia

I think the Eagles are playing out the string and wholesale changes will be made next season. McNabb is starting but look for another short leash. Arizona will beat the Eagles 27 to 14.

San Francisco at Buffalo

The Bills looked like a great team, then they looked like they suck, I think they are somewhere in the middle but will beat San Francisco 27 to 24.

Baltimore at Cincinnati

The Ravens are a solid team and the Bengals are not. But Cincinnati shows up strong in big games to them, at times. This is my Week 13 NFL upset game pick, as the Bengals will win 17 to 14.

Indianapolis at Cleveland

The Browns did knock off the Giants so they ARE capable of beating the Colts. But I don’t see it happening, the Colts are improving every week. The Colts will win 31 to 10.

Miami at St. Louis

The Dolphins are ticked off after the Patriots did a number on them. I don’t think the Rams have anything for them. Dolphins 27 Rams 3.

New York Giants at Washington

This was almost my upset pick of the week but I will go with the Giants winning 24 to 21. I just got a feeling that Washington is going to play well though.

New Orleans at Tampa Bay

This is a very important NFC South matchup for these teams. The Saints laid a whipping on the Packers but Tampa has a better defense. NFC South matchups tend to go to the home team and this one will too. Tampa Bay 24 New Orleans 21.

Carolina at Green Bay

This is a must win for both teams, the Packers to get back in the playoff race and to show up after a bad whipping by the Saints. The Panthers have had 3 bad games in a row though 2 were wins. The Panthers don’t play well on the road or in big games this season. Green Bay 17 Carolina 6.

Atlanta at San Diego

Michael Turner comes off a 4 touchdown game to return to play his former team the San Diego Chargers. Turner will be sky high and Ryan isn’t your typical rookie. The Chargers have seem uninterested for most of this season. Atlanta knocks off the Chargers 24 to 17.

Denver at the New York Jets

Denver really sucks on defense and has no running game. I think the Jets will come out a little flat after knocking off the Titans but will beat Denver 17 to 10.

Pittsburg at New England

This should be a hell of a game, Pittsburg has a nasty defense and will enjoy teeing off on Matt Cassel. But New England just won’t lay down and die like some of thought they would without Brady. My game pick is that the Steelers squeak by with a 24 to 21 win.

Kansas City at Oakland

This is a game between two teams who hate each other’s guts and livers. Both offenses have played well of late. Kansas City’s defense is just too bad and the Raiders will win a barn burner 41 to 38.

Chicago at Minnesota

An important divisional matchup between two teams with no love lost for each other. I just think the Bears are the better team and will prove it 24 to 10.

Jacksonville at Houston

Two teams probably going in opposite directions and Texas will knock off the floundering Jaguars 21 to 17.
