Week 9 NFL Game Picks!

November 6th 2011 00:28
Thanks for reading my week nine NFL game predictions for the 2011 season. My record last week was 10-2 not counting the Monday Night game and that brings my record to 83 and 32 if I a correct.
These free week nine NFL game picks are suitable for an office football pool. My week nine NFL predictions don’t include point spreads for you football gamblers out there. However I will be glad to answer point spread questions in the comments below.

Free Week 9 Office Football Picks

Kansas City at Miami

The Dolphins are in bad shape and some may say the Chiefs are as well. My free week nine NFL prediction is the Chiefs win 17 to 10.

Atlanta at Indianapolis

The Falcons have a bad offensive line but the Colts are just bad from the coach on down. I like the Falcons to win this one, 24 to 13.

Cleveland at Houston

I hope the Browns can get out of Houston alive as they battle the dirtiest team in football. I almost smell an upset but can’t make myself call it. My week nine NFL game pick is Texans 21, Browns 17.

New York Jets at Buffalo

The Jets seem to win when they have to and they need a win. Buffalo is a Cinderella story but I need to see more from them. Jets will win 21 to 17.

San Francisco at Washington

I hesitate to pick west coast teams coming east but I love how the 49ers are playing some old school ball. Washington is banged up and playing a little flat now. My week nine NFL game pick is the 49ers over the Redskins, 17 to 7.

Tampa Bay at New Orleans

Tampa has slipped a bit this year but the Saints slipped in a huge way last week giving the Rams their first win. Still I like the Saints to circle the wagons and win at home 24 to 21.

Seattle at Dallas

Both teams need a quarterback but the Cowboys need one less. Dallas wins at home 23 to 10.

Cincinnati at Tennessee

Chris Johnson took the money and ran but does not run on the field much anymore. The Bengals defense is nasty and the offense is adequate. My week nine football pool pick is the Bengals win 17 to 10.

Denver at Oakland

Will Tim Tebow start against the Raiders? Raider’s fans better hope so. No matter the starter I predict the Raiders win 21 to 17,

New York Giants at New England

The Patriots showed they don’t like getting popped in the mouth when the Steelers whipped them last week. The Giants are another physical team that can play tough. However I don’t see the Patriots losing two in a row. New England wins at home 24 to 21.

St. Louis at Arizona

The Rams are flying high after getting their first win against the Saints. The Cardinals expected to be contenders with Kevin Kolb at the helm but it hasn’t happened. Still I like Arizona at home to win 20 to 17.

Green Bay at San Diego

The snow guys against the surfer boys! Green Bay has an overrated defense but the best quarterback in the game. San Diego is just blah; they win a few games then disappear. My week nine football pool pick is the Packers win 31 to 27.

Baltimore at Pittsburgh

The Ravens are doing some infighting which may actually help them. Pittsburgh remembers a week one thumping by the Ravens. Pittsburgh gets even and wins 24 to 17.

Week Nine Monday Night Prediction

Chicago at Philadelphia

The Bears are a hot and cold playing team but so are the Eagles who beat up a bad Cowboys team last week. Mike Martz against a former offensive line coach trying to coach defense now? Bears knock off the Eagles in Philly by a 28 to 24 score.

Love the picks, except for the last one. I really can't see the Bears taking down the Eagles with that line- say hello to Trent Cole and Jason Babin- and their second corner who will likely get eaten up by Vick and Maclin. It looks like my bold statement that Maclin is a better player than DeSean Jackson has proven completely true this season stat-wise, not just scouting-wise.
